- Healthy Valleys’ volunteer, Gillian Armstrong was runner up at The Unsung Hero Award at The Herald Society Awards and Ideas Exchange 2011
- Finalists in the GSK IMPACT Awards – The Kings Fund 2011
- Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire Volunteer of the Year Award was achieved by Gillian Armstrong June 2011
- VASLan Volunteer Group/Organisation Healthy Valleys’ Grassroots Maternal & Infant Health Project Volunteers were runners- up for this award June 2011
- Grassroots Maternal & Infant Health Project were finalists of the Volunteers Award at the Scottish Health Awards November 2010
- Project Worker Morag Austin was awarded the highest achieving student in 2010 for the Royal Society for Public Health Diploma in Nutrition
- Young Person’s Development Worker received a Youthlink Scotland Award for Youth Health Worker of the Year 2010
- Successfully retained the Healthy Working Lives Bronze Award 2010
- Registered to undertake the Mental Health Commendation Award 2010
- Finalist in the Health Work & Well-being Award for Small Business at the Guardian’s National Business Awards November 2009
- Volunteer Centre South Lanarkshire Volunteer Group/Organisation Healthy Valleys’ Combating Obesity Team were runners –up 2009
- Healthy Valleys’ volunteer Jimmy Thomson was runner up for SoLVE’s Volunteer of the Year Award 2009
- Young Scot Awards 2009 “Talk to Me” youth mental health drama was Highly Commended
- Grassroots volunteers recognised by Scotland’s Learning Partnership for their achievement in Adult Learning 2009
- The ISPAL Health & Physical Activity Recognition Programme Award in recognition of innovative and good practice using physical activity to improve public health 2007
- SoLVE Volunteering Quality Standards Plus Award in recognition of our commitment to Volunteering Quality Standards March 2005
