Temporary Resilient Families Project Worker (until March 2021, extension subject to continuation funding) to deliver a range of community led health improvement programmes to meet positive outcomes for families with children under the age of 5 (Resilient Families Team)
Salary: £22,886 (Pro rata £10,824)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Community Health Navigator (2 posts - 1 post funded until March 2022 & 1 post funded to March 2021 extension subject to continuation funding) to support people in need of extra support to improve their emotional and physical well-being.
Salary: £21,667 (Pro rata £11,712)
Hours: 20 hours per week
