The Find Out Youth Health Project aims to give young people in the rural area improved access to health information, advice and services. We currently run an Evening Health Drop In in Lesmahagow and will soon have another up and running in Forth early in 2010.

We also run a health drop in in Lesmahagow High School every Wednesday lunchtime during school term time. This is staffed by the school nurse, Healthy Valleys and pupil volunteers. See programme for what's on.
