Healthy Eating
The healthy eating courses are delivered by a fantastic team of fully trained volunteers, all passionate about food and health and from the local community. We are able to offer the following course as well as many one off and unique sessions, demonstrations and activities, to meet the needs of the community. For example we've had "Dads Can Cook," "Santa's Top Tips" and "Cooking for One". For details of forthcoming courses please see "What's On".
In addition we try to improve access to fresh produce via the Clydesdale Community Food Market and the Market Bus and to increase people's knowledge about healthy eating by providing REHIS Food Hygiene and Food and Health Courses.
